     Before zeroing on a commercial property, verify its credibility through a RERA registration, the title verification, any legal disputes concerning the property and the regulation of taxes.

     To make sure everything is looked upon, you can seek legal advice on the property before finalising it.

Detail Of Prospective Tenant:

      Before renting the commercial property to a tenant, it is advisable to go through the profile of the prospective tenant in terms of business reputation, financial strength and corporate credibility.

     When you secure a right tenant, it reduces risk of vacancy, rental returns and lease agreement.

Structure Of Lease:
