The rise in discounts is one of the reasons why property buyers prefer March as the golden month. Developers aim to consistently meet annual sales targets. There is a rush to close property deals which leads to price reductions, waived registration or legal charges.

 

This significantly reduces the overall cost of purchase. This states that it is the best time to buy property in India

  1. Negotiation power for buyers:

The power of negotiation slightly shifts in the favour of buyers during March end. This is because the developers want to hit their yearly sales targets and sell off their unsold inventory which thus leads to concessions for buyers.

Thus, the best time to buy property in India is when buyers walk in with clarity, their strong decisiveness can secure better results than during the peak months.

Depending upon the union budget announcement, market expectation and policy changes, real estate among other sectors see a shift in demand.  This means that there are affordable housing incentives, interest rate expectations and infrastructure spending projections.

This results in influencing buyer confidence around March, thereby resulting in increased property purchases. This also makes it one of the best time to buy property in India
